Q2HB88M Constant angle, constant torque micro step driver, the drive voltage of which is from 24V to 80VDC. It is designed for use with the 2 phase hybrid stepper motor of all kinds with 86mm to 110mm outside diameter, regulated phase current from 0.5A to 8A. It is widely used in numerical devices such as curving machine, medium-sized numerical control machine, packing machine.
1. STOP/Im is the rotary switch that can set output current of holding motor status as 20%-80% of normal output current (increase in CW, decrease in CCW).
2. RUN/Im is the rotary switch for adjustment of the motor current.

1. Please don’t reverse the power supply, supply voltage shouldn’t exceed 80VDC (130VDC).
2. Input control signal is 5V, current-limiting resistance should be connected when it is over 5V.
3. O.H / L.V is low input voltage / overheat indicator. The indicator lights and the driver stops working when the driver temperature is over

1. DIP1 and SK1 are the first group switches, 32 channels of micro steps can be set totally;
2. DIP2 and SK2 are the second group switches, 32 channels of micro steps can be set totally. DP and SK represent a group of micro steps setting switches, M is micro step. The motor works in full step mode (double 4 step) when M=1;
3. Choose micro step set by SK1-DP1 when SM subdivision (micro step) choosing signal is high and choose it set by SK2-DP2 when SM is low. The users can set different micros steps, choose low micro step when high speed and high micro step when low speed.
